SOTL Africa
SOTL Africa is grounded on the premise that effective teaching and learning can only occur when both the learner and teacher have attained the expected outcomes from a lesson. SOTL Africa seeks to draw upon knowledge from all disciplines with a special focus on STEAME (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics and Entrepreneurship) to further improve upon teaching and learning in African higher education and research institutions. The objectives of this journal are to publish and advance SoTL research in Africa.
SoTL Africa, the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning in Africa's higher education, is a peer-reviewed journal that seeks to achieve two objectives: to publish SoTL research and to advance SoTL in Africa.
Primarily, the journal is a forum for SoTL research in all disciplines, multidisciplinary and transdisciplinary, in fields such as Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics, and Entrepreneurship (STEAME). The papers are structured in the general format of Introduction, Methodology, Results, and Discussion (IMRAD) to be a viable resource for effective teaching, learning, and scholarship in African higher education.
Additionally, the journal seeks to advance SoTL in Africa and invites essays that educate those interested in SoTL on how to conduct SoTL studies. The articles may, but are not limited to, model how to ask SoTL questions, determine what questions need to be asked, and identify who performs, supports, or benefits from SoTL research in Africa.

Science Engineering Entrepreneurship Design (SEED) Journal
SEED is a biannually student-led Ashesi journal that aims to publish high quality peer-reviewed research across the fields of science and technology. It capitalizes on the great entrepreneurial and design potential in tertiary institutions across Ghana through research and documentation. The SEED journal also provides an avenue for trendy, insightful news in the world of science and technology from diverse industries of interest.
The SEED Journal exists to inspire students to pursue research and train in the skill of experimentation and documentation; which is an asset towards the preparation for pursuing higher educational opportunities. This platform will also engage the world in Ashesi's research output (especially the worldwide scientific community) and open avenues for collaboration with other universities and organizations. This will go a long way to revolutionize the approach to research and technology implementation in Ghana and Africa.
